What could be the possible definition of ‘farmer’ in the PM-FBY Dashboard. Data on single season crop shows number of farmer is less and number of applications is more.
A possible explanation could be one farmer insuring multiple lands however, on ground, mostly insured farmers are loanee farmers who are bound to insure the crop against the loan.
If anyone could comprehend it would be really helpful.
